As we experience spring, we can see that nature has been at rest long enough. It's during this time that I can identify that nature is ready to go. As I spent some time in the garden last night, I thought about that even though nature appears to be at rest during the winter, it is subtly preparing to burst forth with action and growth when the conditions are optimal. We too have tried to posture ourselves in a similar way which is why I want to let our members know that we will have Pastured raised, Organically fed, Rotationally grazed Chicken available next week!!

We will have Pastured, Soy Free Organically fed chickens available beginning Saturday March 22nd!!

If you would like cuts like breast, leg & thigh quarters, etc... Pre-ordering cuts by March 20th is required. This will enable us to provide what you would like. Our desire continues to be to provide our members the alternative, locally sourced, humanely raised pastured products, we've grown to love and appreciate. Providing specific cuts that you enjoy most, requires our members letting us know what you prefer.

This is the kind of consideration that you will receive with membership with us and you can't find at the grocery store. Granted they may have whatever cut you want, but it won't compare to the care, nutrition and quality that goes into our product.

I have made these items "pre-orderable" on the website with updated pricing for 2025 listed in the descriptions. The website host doesn't allow "partial payment" for pre-order products. So what I've done is create a separate item for pre-order where you can place a $1 deposit to reserve the quantity that you would like with the updated pricing per pound in the descriptions.

That will reserve the quantity you want and keep the math simple enough when you pick-up your product from the farm or
