Embrace Farm PMA

We are pleased that you have taken interest in Embrace Farm. Please take a look at why we've chosen to exist in the private below. Thank you in advance.

What is a PMA?

A PMA is a Private Ministerial / Membership Association. You may be familiar with a country club or a lodge or something like that. These places have removed themselves from the "public" and placed themselves in the "private". Meaning they don't have to abide by the "public" agencies guidelines. Most all regulations are made by public agencies and thereby affect the public. Being a "Private" Membership Association, exercises our US Constitutional right to operate outside of the public. That is why membership is required. Is raw milk publicly available where you live? It could be privately, IF someone goes through the steps to make a PMA that carries it. In short, it's a private club that shortens the reach of public agencies.

Why a PMA?

In short, the compromises required by public agencies (USDA / FDA / FSIS), forced us to take our journey in our own hands. The PMA gives the most protection by removing requirements to abide by public regulations. If we want to offer meat processed on our farm, the PMA enables this. The agency's motive is monetarily motivated, not safety. America has passed off the responsibility of food "safety" to agencies that are more interested in money than safe and quality of food. When the money is the objective, compromise is incentivized.

USDA requires any meat (other than poultry) that is to be sold must be processed in a USDA facility.

USDA endorses requirements that lead to or require:

  • Animals regularly treated inhumanely,

  • culled by suffocation, using gas and electrocuted

  • environments absent from sunlight and soil,

  • confinement to a square parcels of concrete,

  • diets animals would never eat unless their life depended on it,

  • Forcing animals to live in and breathe in fecal contaminants

  • The USDA endorsed feeding cows back to cows resulting in Mad cow disease

These agencies are said to protect us!

These practices have led to chorine baths to reduce the bacteria levels to be "healthy" among other things.

These conditions contribute to our health and lifespan decline.

We agree that that there should be regulations, but they should make sense, not cents. Plain and simple.

Our Response / Objective

Embrace Farm was created to provide our family with food that is free from impurities. Our privilege is to be able to share this vision with others through the protection of the US Constitution, by way of Embrace Farm PMA. We hope you will join us on a mutually beneficial path towards health and freedom.
