We want to wish each of our members, their friends, and their families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Things have been busy here at Embrace Farm. As I shared in the last blog, we may be undergoing some changes during 2026 but we look forward to continuing our mission of Respecting, Embracing, Stewarding Relationships and Resources.
I want to encourage you to take the time and reflect upon why we celebrate Christmas. Not why we've grown to celebrate Christmas, but what it is and was at the foundation. The birth of a Savior, born in the deepest expression of humility, to save humanity from itself. Our Creator has gone to great lengths throughout the course of our existence to convey His love for humanity, yes that means His love for you...personally.
As I reflect on it, I see that His (Christ's) ways exemplified the way that we are created to be. Through loving God first and above all, then loving our neighbor. Who is my neighbor? My fellow species (the human race). We may come from different demographics, cultures, tastes and talents, but at the end of the day, we are ALL the same species and we ALL have something to offer our Creator and fellow man.
Embrace Farm wants to know about our members. Please drop me an email and tell me a little about yourself.
What made you decide to look for pastured organic meat?
How did you come to find us?
Where are you from?
Are there other products you wish we would carry?
Answering questions like this can help us to gauge better "How we can help" or identify if we can.
Recently a new member mentioned appreciating our transparency. I appreciate their appreciation!! We looked for transparency and had a hard enough time finding it that we became determined to provide it. Transparency works best with it goes both ways. So as you have some time off this season, please take a moment and be transparent with us. It would be considered a gift...and it is the time for gifts...so says the commercial culture. The gift of your time and consideration would be greatly appreciated.
If you need a pastured organically fed chicken for Christmas, the window for getting one is nearly gone. Text me or email me and I'll do what I can to help.
As I always, I compose this with a thankful heart that is grateful for each member who has signed up and enabled us to see this vision become a reality. I thank God for the opportunity to serve others who are like minded in a way that I feel glorifies and honors Him and His creation.
With loving hearts, Christmas wishes and prayers for you and your's,
Gordon & Elizabeth

Thanks for all you do!
